Dr. Somontha Sok was born in Pursat Province, Cambodia on November 10th, 1976.I have two brothers and one sister. My father and mother was died in 1978 of Pursat Province. After graduating high school from Bakan High School in Pursat Province, I attended the Royal University of Phnom Penh for four years, and then got my B.A. I later got my Public Administration Degree (Master of Law (MPA) from Chenla University and Administrational Education Degree (Doctor of Philosophy in Administration Education (PhD) from University of Santo Tomas of Manila city of Philippines in 2002.
