Dr Sarah Anne Callaghan graduated from the University of Wales, Cardiff with a BSc in Physics and Music (1998). She joined the Radio Communications Research Unit of Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in 1999. and completed her PhD in 2004, while still working for the RCRU, in conjunction with the University of Portsmouth.
As a member of the RCRU, she has project managed and provided technical input into ten Ofcom funded projects since 2004, worth a combined total of over 拢1.5 million.
