Worked as Assistant Engineer (Power Plant Operations & Maintenance) with Bhushan Power and Steel, Sambalpur,orissa and ETA Engineering pvt ltd,Mumbai,MH and currently studying 2 year regular PGDM(operation) from Xavier Institute of Management & Entrepreneurship.

• Successfully reduced maintenance, filter & labour cost through measures such as running turbine with little higher lube oil temperature 44-46 degree centigrade, by doing this reduced the cost of changing filter & corresponding labor& maintenance charge, by reusing turbine servo prime 46 T oil after refining it to save cost
