Headline: I'm working at the frontier of Model Driven Software Engineering (MDSE) and Building Information Modelling (BIM). My group at QUT has recently released a candidate for an Australian National Building Object Library, based on my Repository as a Service (RaaS) technology. It stores anything from whole buildings to small products with rich performance property sets, and 3D geometry. Then we transform these into native CAD Tool objects using various pragmatic techniques.
