I follow the philosophy of community. Call it “Pay It Forward,” “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you,” “Quid pro quo, “ or “Practicing Good Karma.” Another term is, “It takes a village...”. I believe it takes a village or community to create change. Whether the community is a team of co-workers, a group of neighbors or an online community that shares certain interests, I believe through these relationships working together, positive and mutual goals are achieved.
