During my tenure in ULTRATECH CEMENT Ltd:- While working as an Zonal Team that I have been able to sort out several accounts disputes between the company and dealers. I have been able to brought transparency in accounting, hence could rip confidence in dealer about company’s clear policy. Could find out lacuna in the working of sales personnel and ensured their effective working in the field.
2) During my work at COO-HYD brought transparency in vendor’ s bills process and their reconciliation without any audit query after deducting correct TDS rates and fully availed CENVAT input tax.
