I am an experienced business and bankruptcy lawyer, who has been rated by Martindale-Hubbell for ethics and legal ability, and named to the Rising Star and SuperLawyer list since 1999 by Thomson/Reuters. In 2011, I was included on Minnesota Super Lawyers magazine鈥檚 list of the 鈥淭op 100 Minnesota 鈥楽uper Lawyers.鈥欌�� . In the spring of 2009, I launched the Bankruptcy Clinic at the University of St. Thomas Law School in conjunction with the University鈥檚 School of Psychology and Social Work. The clinic provides pro bono bankruptcy services as well as counseling to indigent people. In 2012, we expanded the offerings to include a Bankruptcy Litigation Clinic. I am author of 鈥淩eprese
