Che-Wei Shen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from I-Shou University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2008.
In 2008, he joined the Republic Of China Marine Corps (ROCMC), Taiwan, as a reserve officer platoon leader,second lieutenant of Marine Corps.
