Che-Wei Shen received the B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from I-Shou University, Kaohsiung, Taiwan, in 2002 and 2004, respectively, and the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from National Chung Cheng University, Chiayi, Taiwan, in 2008.
