I joined Amazon Japan K.K. straight out of university in April 2013 as an assistant technical specialist for the EI (Enterprise Integration) Team within the SCM (Supply Chain Management) Division.
After appointment to this role, I overhauled EDI connections, a process that is central to the team’s work, gave it a more structured process, and organized the workflow and training processes around it. In addition to personally getting up to speed with Amazon’s workflow in a short time, I succeeded in shortening the training of new members by 1.5 months.
