What I know about life is that if you love your work, it doesn't feel like work. I'm striving to work on projects where I can lose hours because I am immersed in my "flow". I find that happens when I am doing work that is interesting and creative. It also happens when I am helping people use their talents. My firm, Mindlink, is really about people. By enabling inter-cultural communication, development, testing, training, etc. it's all just a way to link together people from different backgrounds, languages, and talents in order to create!
