I'm close to the intersection of preparation and opportunity-- success hangs out on that corner. Many believe, as I do, that consistent preparation through education and developing life skills will equip one for success. What can't be overlooked is the appropriate opportunity to bring about success. I think you must know what you want, financially, and be able to tell anyone in two sentences without hesitating. To do this you must have absolute faith in yourself. I have been a real estate professional for most of my adult life. Because of the economy and real estate downturn, I've made adjustments to my financial goals. I've been giving back in recent years by helping homeowners av
