BOOGIE BUDDIES
Boogie Buddies are cute, handmade and one-of-a-kind (OOAK) creations made by local Palm Beach artist, Stephanie Killingsworth. While shopping around for a unique and sentimental gift for her two adopted children from Colombia, she ran across the idea of Amigurumi. Amigurumi is the Japanese art of crocheting miniature 3-dimensional figures. Wanting something along those lines, but a little cuddlier, she began crocheting Boogie Buddies. The name ensued as a result of giving her children something that would protect them from all things that go bump in the night; until she could reach them and bring them home from their orphanage in Colombia.
