Currently a Economic Development Specialist with the Economic Development Programs Unit of the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs. Program Lead for the Business Retention and Expansion (BR+E), the Newcomer and Youth Community Indicators tool and the Community Immigrant Retention in Rural Ontario (CIRRO).
Prior to joining the Ontario Government, Stephen worked in economic development at the municipal level for the City of Brantford and Town of Oakville.
Stephen is a certified Economic Development Professional with the Economic Development Assocation of Canada and is a graduate from the University of Waterloo, Local Economic Development Masters Program.
