Stephen is a founder and Managing Partner of Mekong Strategic Partners (MSP), bringing to MSP two decades of experience in banking and financial services, communications, leadership, and strategy. At MSP, Stephen has specialised in financial services and renewable energy, and advised on some the largest transactions in Cambodia in recent years.
Prior to this, Stephen worked for ANZ Banking Group for 18 years, most recently as CEO of ANZ Royal Bank. During the four years of his leadership, ANZ Royal increased revenues by 145%, while growing profit by more than 2000%.
