qMON is a performance monitoring system for LTE/4G and 5G broadband PPDR (Public Protection and Disaster Relief) environments consisting of three main modules:
qMON Collector for collecting KPI (Key Performance Indicator) data from distributed sensors using SQL and ELK stack databases, qMON Manage for centralized agent management and monitoring, and qMON NetworkSensor which are autonomous distributed sensors for active and passive monitoring.
qMON Insight provides real-time monitoring and visualization of KPIs along with advanced analysis for troubleshooting, benchmarking, and predicting network coverage and quality of services for critical PPDR applications.

2. qMON NetworkSensor: autonomous
distributed probes for active
measurements and monitoring
The agents support measurements and monitoring
of 500+ KPIs on commercial UMTS/HSPA/LTE/LTE-A,
dedicated LTE/4G and 5G based PPDR systems.
Various agent implementations are available,
including mobile probes on industrial HW with
internal or external 3G/4G modem options, office
agents for laptops and PCs, and cloud deployments
on virtual machines and containers. Agents are
distributed and operate autonomously, including
measurement data caching and job dispatcher
configuration caching.
qMON Insight: Module for qMON
NetworkSensor Status Monitor
A WEB-based application is available to monitor
status of agents in real-time during drive tests on
mobile devices, tablets and laptops/PCs. It features
agent status and KPI measurement status indicators.
qMON Insight: Module for real time
analytics
Real-time web-based dashboard allows for real-time
monitoring, visualization and analysis of mission
critical KPIs. It features geographic visualizations
with reverse geocoding support, status indicator of
active agents, measured KPIs on a timeline and per-
device measurements browsing. It supports
integration of radio and application KPIs with PPDR
operator inventory data.
qMON Insight: Module for Advanced
Analysis
Custom PPDR use-case specific analysis,
visualisations and interpretation of measured data
are complemented with professional tools for root-
cause analysis. Examples are benchmarking, access
PPDR network coverage analysis, QoS/QoE
prediction for live PPDR services, device and system
performance predictions under realistic load
conditions etc.
