Esiobu, Nnaemeka Success is a Post graduate student and a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Extension and Rural Development, Imo State University, Owerri. In 2009, He was a Research Staff and individual Consultant with the NDDC Irrigation Rice Project, Port-Harcourt. He is currently a research evaluator with theEnugu State Commercial Agriculture Development Project (CADP), A World Bank assisted Project. in 2013, Esiobu, NS was a research evaluator and was among the study team that conducted the impact assessment of the Imo State, Community and Social Development Project, a World Bank funded initiative.
