- 4. Suddenly you start experiencing chest pain. That start radiating into your arm and jaw
- 5. You are only 5 miles away from the hospital, not sure whether you will be able to make it that far

- 7. Normally people will be alone when they suffer heart attack
- 8. Heart is beating improperly, begins to feel faint, has 10 seconds left before loosing conscious
- 9. What to do 稼看敬?
- 10. Do not panic. Start coughing repeatedly, very vigorously
- 11. Take deep breath before each cough. The cough must be deep and prolonged, as when producing sputum from deep inside chest
- 12. A breath and cough must be repeated about every two seconds without let-up until help arrives. Or until the heart starts beating normal again
- 13. Deep breath get oxygen to lungs. Coughing movements squeeze the heart to keep the blood circulating
- 14. In this way the heart attack victims can get to a hospital
