I worked with the Minister of Tourism as an Advisor in the field of Tourism and Culture, leading different projects and preparing policy and reports.
Before working there I worked at the Aruba Hotel and Tourism Association (AHATA) as marketing manager, where I worked closely with the AHATA members, Aruba Tourism Authority. I also worked at Deloitte as a business consultant. Here I gained experience working in the field of audit and project management, such as a service quality study for governmental departments and description of the customer process for a non profit organisation.
