Having trained to become a professional dancer, "plan B"​ kicked in after an injury which meant I could no longer pursue a career in dance. Plan B meant obtaining a degree in HR in the Netherlands which is where I grew up. Plan B worked out. With a degree in my pocket (and my amateur dancing shoes on!), I started in a recruitment agency. Shortly making a move to the other side of the (dark) fence working for large blue chip organisations: NOKIA, Hewlett-Packard and Canon.
