The document describes the NIIT Career Development Centre, which aims to employ at least 2 million underserved youth annually through employability training programs. The Centre offers basic and advanced IT courses, as well as career courses in fields like accountancy, retail, food and beverage, and BPO. So far the Centre has registered over 30,000 students total, with nearly 30,000 completing training and over 24,000 placed in jobs. It partners with over 80 NGOs.
