Hi, I am working as process engineer in Tokai Rika Minda Pvt Ltd. I take care of New product development, develop and implement new process, trouble shooting, Product approval documents preparation, standardizing the process. I am also a Kaizen co-ordinator in my company. I motivate employees to contribute kaizens and select the best kaizens every month. I have participated in Kaizen exhibition in TOYOTA KIRLOSKAR MOTOR,Bangalore and won the best kaizen award fro my company.
