I used to think I was complicated. That's not true- I'm pretty easy, not simple- but easy. To me the art of living is to be authentic- and I expect it of people. I am passionate. I also however, don't value being right over being happy. If I'm wrong- I will totally back off- but you have to PROVE to me I'm wrong. Persuasive opinion won't do it. I also believe it is possible for multiple people to be RIGHT about ONE thing- there are more roads than one. I always want collaboration first, but many people misinterpret delegation for collaboration. It's harder to collaborate- but much more rewarding.
