Research professional. Currently affiliated with the National Centre for Technology Management, Nigeria and Tshwane University of Technology, Pretoria, South Africa. Obtained PhD in economics from the Friedrich-Schiller University, Jena, Germany. Has training in Mechanical Engineering, Technology Management and the Economics of Innovation. Was a secondary school Science Teacher for about 4 years during which he helped to develop Science Laboratories.
