My love of animals has always inspired me to try and capture the personalities of each animal to make it as individual as they are. I鈥檝e used about every medium during the many Fine Art classes up until finishing Commercial Art in 1987. Out of all the mediums I have tried, pencil is always and will probably always be my favorite. I love to explore the balance between positive and negative space and the colors between black and white. I鈥檓 always learning and changing old techniques and developing new ones to achieve what I want to express in my artwork.
