I'm Susan Moore to my Memorial High School, Trinity University and early career friends. .....and I'm Susan Guest to most of my family members.
I made my ex-husband an "honest man" when I converted from Susan Moore to Susan Ishmael after our daughter was born.........and it makes life easier, (I think) with schools and other places, if my daughter and I have the same last name. .....so, although I am divorced...my name remains - Susan Ishmael.
...plus I can use the tag line for my business "call me" --- get it? --- as in: "call me, Ishmael." from "Moby Dick" ---okay, may be a little corny, but why not??
