Years ago, striking a balance between my desire to help people and my need to earn a living, I shelved my interest in history and went to law school. Being an attorney has qualified me for employment in a variety of non-profit organizations and in government, but I don’t think of myself as just a lawyer. Instead, I’ve proven to be a creative and versatile advisor, administrator, manager, strategist, problem-solver, spokesperson, writer, collaborator, and all-around useful person. I keep an eye on the big picture while identifying components, interconnections, and pathways, so I can help an organization move forward with direction and purpose.
