I am a management-side employment lawyer, and assist my clients with all aspects of employment-related litigation, claims, and client counseling. I represent all sizes of employers, from small mom and pop shops to some of the largest companies in Southwest Florida.
On the litigation side of my practice, I have experience representing employers in both federal and state courts, and I have litigated actions under a variety of employment laws, including Title VII, ADEA, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, whistleblower statutes, and all types of retaliation. I also routinely defend EEOC/FCHR charges, and represent clients going through DOL wage/hour investigations.
