A Public Communications masters student, with special interest in communications, marketing and event planning. Prior to school, I worked with Axis Bank, a leading private bank in the country, as an Assistant Manager. Reported directly to the Operations head. Responsibilities included day-to-day interaction with the bank customers, looking after their accounts and solving their queries and increasing the bank's customer base.
