Responsible for providing business systems analysis and support for a multitude of applications used by the Energy Advisory service area. Primary role is to act as a 鈥渟ubject matter expert鈥� and technical consultant throughout the life cycle of assigned applications, including SharePoint and Oracle CRM. Actively involved in planning, implementation and production support including user training workshops; as well as managing end-user client relationships while responding to both critical and routine application support requests.
