I'm a data geek with a passion for startups, product, and using data to help people make better decisions. After finishing my PhD I joined an online advertising startup where I owned all things data and predictive modeling. Next I joined the LinkedIn Analytics Team where I lead a team of data scientists focused increasing engagement with the social communication and content products, and also worked on our nascent economic prediction efforts. Currently I'm Chief Data Scientist at Accretive Health where I am working with an incredible claims and clinical dataset and a team focused on driving innovation to help hospitals, physicians, and patients make better decisions about healthcare.
