For the last 3 years we have been designing and implementing medical applications. These applications support medical diagnostics which can run on the cloud (as a SaaS) or on premise (enterprise). The applications utilize previously annotated patient images and records by aiding doctors in classifying the level of malignancy in cancer diseases.
The machine learning algorithms are used to classify medical images and use tools/languages matlab or octave and python and c++. The mobile clients provide access and annotation of medical images with subsequent ability to compare with a database of previously annotated and classified images.
