Tameka Bell is a master storyteller who trains grassroots people to leverage the power of personal stories to change dominant narratives and win campaigns. She is an experienced communicator who has coached spokespersons to appear in local and national media -including MSNBC, The Washington Post and The New York Times. She holds a degree in journalism from the University of Missouri and has reported for The Kansas City Star. Prior to joining PICO National Network, Tameka was the communications organizer for Communities Creating Opportunity, A PICO federation in Missouri.
