I would love to talk about "Great croissants come rain or shine" and other stories with a twist from the Bakery Report.
When I took over the responsibility of a traditional report, I changed it completely. First of all, I argued internally that a report must be worth reading. Secondly, it is so much about relatability i.e. creating great stories that you can connect to. Good content is all about building relations and making people care about you.
