Dr Tanvir Ahmad passed MBBS from Sher-E-Bangla Medical College, Barisal. He achieved MD in Hepatology from Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University. He has been working at Kurmitola General Hospital from the very beginning of the covid-19 pandemic as a round consultant.
Dr Tanvir is a young Liver Specialist who dreams to establish a dedicated Liver ICU in Bangladesh for pre & post-liver transplant patients and working for that. He is a life member of Hepatology Society Dhaka, Bangladesh and a general member of the Asian Pacific Association for The Study of Liver. He has an interest in Fatty Liver and involved actively in the fatty liver study group of Bangladesh as a young researcher.
