He started playing as a jazz bassist in Tokyo jazz scene in middle 80's and since then, he has had many gigs with many artists like Naruyoshi Kikuchi, Ryojiro Furusawa, Kosuke Mine, Ann Sally, Takero Ogata(a.k.a. Mundo Novo), Takahito Mori, Shota Hishiyama, Masanori Amakura, Midorin etc.
In late 90's, he organized a Hiphop-Jazz band "ShiinaBand" and in 2002, released a full album called "Tele-Universe～Works that we can do temporally do with HipHop and Jazz～".
