Functions as a Network Analyst 2 responsible for the overall monitoring of all IT systems within Constellation Energy and
affiliate companies, this includes but not limited to data and voice circuits, external web sites and energy substation. Work
closely with ITOC Analyst III and internal customers on complying with FERC and NERC standards, effectively
communicated CIP requirements to internal and external clients/vendors through verbal and written correspondence.
Worked under minimal to no supervision 90% of the time; taking ownership of night processes, reported problems and
problem triage. Effectively escalated problems that required system expert and management input.

Network Engineer:
Summit Technology/Unisys, Reston VA 06/2006-08/2006
Worked as Network Engineer in Unisys' 24/7 NOC, providing network management and support services for DOH,
DOD, and TSA Federal contracts. Operated, configured, and troubleshoot remote network devices such as Routers,
