2. Tongil had intended to receive stable rental income from the property for 99 years before regaining ownership of buildings on the land, but Y22 incorporated with a limited 17-year duration, preventing it from upholding the contract.
3. Establishing a 99-year superficies right required government approval that was not obtained. Tongil estimates losses of over 200 billion won and has not received any rent payments since 2005.
