I am responsible for the overall business performance of MediaVest, with five offices in MENA. In this role, I look after the agency's P&L, senior client relationships, business development and product excellence. I also lead two regional AOR teams for P&G in MENA and Visa in CEEMEA, with team members based in Dubai, Cairo, Beirut, Casablanca, Moscow, and Cape Town. This AOR model aims at scaling capabilities in media planning, digital media, data and analytics, and performance media, while ensuring local capabilities to negotiate media deals and execute the plans with excellence.
