행복한 원격근무의 조건병대 손원격근무를 도입하기 전에 필요한 조건들은 어떤 것들이 있는지 그리고 그들은 어떻게 일하고 있는지에 대한 지인들의 인터뷰를 통해서 정리해봤습니다. 바쁜시간 인터뷰 응해주신 모든 분께 감사 드립니다 :)
원격근무를 하는 회사들이 많아졌으면 좋겠다는 생각도 들지만 준비없이 도입하면 부작용만 쌓인다는 것을 인지하시고 최소한의 시스템을 마련한 상태에서 천천히 도입하면 좋겠습니다.
그리고 일하는 방식을 동기에서 비동기로 바꾸지 않고, 단순히 구성원의 신뢰 만으로 제도가 도입되지 않기를 바랍니다.
