My research interest has been MENS REA (guilty mind) which is related to the subjective imputation in Criminal Law. There must be an ACTUS REUS (guilty action) accompanied by some level of MENS REA and/or negligence to constitute an intentional and/or unintentional crime with which a defendant is charged, where I intend to demonstrate that the contribution should be judged not by ontologitical ¡°given facts¡± but by each standardized and categorized component factor.
