As head of Human Resources my tasks include recruiting and motivating employees, and helping them develop their knowledge and skills to increase their job performance and enjoy their work. In 2010, I joined Open iT as a Systems Engineer, and soon became a Training and Development Specialist. Prior to this I have had 10 years of solid academic work experience teaching engineering subjects, and advising undergraduates about their theses.
