My major roles are described below :- 鈻� Set up career path model for company 鈻� Set up promotion & progression system and provide recommendations on career path progression for employee 鈻� Coordinate with Line Managers to plan manpower needs & develop manpower strategic plan on annual basis 鈻� Set up and coordinate for performance management system implementation and talent management 鈻� Set up Leadership Model and Leadership Development Roadmap 鈻� Manage Recruitment Process (from candidate sourcing till package offering)
