While I had been working as a SE (System Engineer), the greatest dilemma I experienced was that all the system management solutions were not able to meet the customers’ requirements and the features of system which has been evolving and being complicated at rapid speed. To tackle this dilemma, I started to study a solution being able to reflect the new architecture and requirements based on the best method to contribute my knowledge and experience to system managers.
