"Mr. KHOUN Theara is a research assistant of Cambodian Institute for Cooperation and Peace (CICP) and reporter for Voice of America (VOA) Khmer Service. Currently, he is a fresh graduate of International Studies in the Honor Program from Department of International Studies (DIS), Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh. He is also an alumnus of Center for Global Politics at Freie Universität and a senior majoring in Law at University of Cambodia. His research interests cover public policy, democratic governance, human rights, socio-economic development of Cambodia, and conflict resolutions.
