Ian Graham thinks different, challenges the status quo and is a passionate entrepreneur committed to helping early-stage businesses in Ottawa succeed and grow. He is President of TheCodeFactory a results oriented bootstrap business incubator and shared work space in Ottawa, Canada that opened on May 25th, 2008. TheCodeFactory has produced two graduates, 70 start-up jobs facilitated; 32 students hired through 鈥淪tudents and Start-ups鈥� (an event connecting students looking for work with startups looking to hire) and hosted over 1,000 grass roots events. Ian has close to a decade of hands on practical experience working in a variety of roles with a number of very early stage businesses.
