I am the Director of BusinessDIY Pty Ltd which was established to help small to medium business market engage with consumers online. I have my Cert. IV in Business (Frontline Management) & Cert. IV in Work Place Training and Assessment. These were both done in my eight years at the RACV where I performed in various roles including Trainer, Team Manager and Resource Coordinator.
I've been online since 1996 so have seen many changes in the online world both from a business and personal point of view. I’ve given a number of talks to groups about Social Media due to my proven experience and ability to engage in this area. I also consult with businesses about their Social Media efforts.
