I am passionate about individuals working together to reach their full potential. I have spent most of my career working to understand global poverty and the role that wealthy societies can play in increasing economic opportunity for all. My thinking over the years has evolved, from traditional aid to a focus on market-based solutions through social innovation and entrepreneurship. The organizations I have run reflect this evolution.
