I am passionate about exploring and experimenting with new practices and methodologies for software development processes. Thanks to my many years of experience as Agile Coach, Project Manager and Business Analyst, I saw a lot of organisations using different approaches (Scrum, RUP, CMMI, OpenUp, WaterScrumFall, V-Model, 鈥�). Some of them worked well, others were mostly demotivating. So my aim is always to reduce waste within an organisation, introducing lean and agile thinking, and finally make teams motivated and happy again which causes a lot more productivity than managers ever expected.
