I have learned to take life slow, enjoy each day that our good Lord has blessed us with. Turn Trauma into drama, and drama into a positive outcome of stress with which God has put in place in order for us to grow. I view my mind and life as speed limits put in place by law, if we always continue in Gods speed, be thankful and focus on what he has blessed us with, and not on what we think, we should be blessed with, we will not crash our mental automobile.
